Returns and Exchanges

We’re very confident about our products, and you’ll love them once you get them in your hands. All the photos you see on our websites are taken by our team. Therefor we hope you would have that confidence too.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@amarouge.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note the shipping costs for return are at the customer unless it's quality problem or wrong item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days after receiving the package if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This includes items purchased through online sales, and discount codes. *This does not include newsletter sign up code.

Personalized items cannot be returned. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.

Cancellations

We always try our best to cancel your order. Every oder will be shipped after at least 48 hours, so we gently advise you to contact us ASAP if you want to do so. However if your order has already been handed over to the courier, then we can not cancel your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
